QUALITY POLICY

The company MAVIHART SINGLE-PERSON IKE. responding to the demands of modern business reality and aiming to improve its organizational structure and internal communication, always aiming at faster and better service to its Customers, decided to design and install a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015.

The company's Quality Management System covers the all of the company's activities regarding the processing of paper cylinders and the marketing of paper & cardboard products and was designed in accordance with the needs and aspirations of the Company and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the applicable Greek and Community Legislation.

Satisfying and ensuring customer trust, through the fulfillment of defined quality standards and consistency in deliveries, are basic principles of MAVIHART SINGLE-PERSON IKE.

The company's general goal is to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers to the greatest extent possible, to offer products of excellent quality and high utility, and for this reason it establishes measurable goals for Quality, seeking:

  • Improving the organizational structure, through the clear definition of responsibilities and responsibilities.
  • Improving the operation of the Company, through the identification and development of System Procedures, the identification and evaluation of risks & opportunities.
  • Improving Internal Communication, through the identification of the interaction and interdependence of the Company's processes.
  • Increasing Customer satisfaction, through a systematic approach to seeking and satisfying their requirements.
  • Continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the operation of the Company through the effective use of the following tools:
    • Setting and reviewing quality goals.
    • Management Review
    • Internal Inspections
    • Corrective Actions
    • Systematic analysis of data resulting from Quality Records.
    • Identification of the requirements of interested parties (customers, staff, wider society, etc.) related to the Quality Management System.

For the fastest and most complete achievement of the above objectives, the Management of ΜΑΒΙΧΑΡΤ ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΙΚΕ:

  • It is committed to and implements the principles of the Quality Policy and the Quality Management System that it defines.
  • It undertakes to comply with applicable Greek and Community legislation.
  • It informs its human resources and motivates them to commit to the same principles.
  • It is committed to providing the infrastructure and equipment deemed necessary for the implementation of its work and to the proper implementation of the Quality Management System.

To achieve the above objectives, all necessary references have been made in the Quality Management System documentation. Through systematic planning, process control and continuous improvement of all activities, the company's principles are fulfilled.

Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is required to contribute to quality management and the achievement of the set goals. For this reason, all employees, depending on their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and act demonstrably in accordance with the set rules.

Processes, flows and actions that do not guarantee the fulfillment of the set goals are immediately interrupted by those responsible, root cause analyses are conducted and the required improvement measures are defined.

This Quality Policy is communicated to staff, is available to all interested parties and is periodically reviewed by the Company's Management.
